Meet Nancy Howatt and her calf that she will be selling through Killarney Auction Mart Ltd. on October 22, with proceeds going towards Grow Hope and the Canadian Foodgrains Bank.
Nancy says: "As farmers we are passionate and committed in producing crops and livestock for food. After many years of admiring and appreciating the generous donations of grain farmers to Canadian Foodgrains, as livestock producers we felt compelled to do our part by donating this calf. We are so blessed to have food, along with shelter, potable drinking water, education and clothing." Nancy and her family want to share their blessings through the sale of this calf.
